Fidelity Token is an innovative mobile app for second factor authentication that enables Fidelity Online Banking users secure all transactions using their Android devices. This eliminates the need to carry a hardware token.

VERIFY TRANSACTIONS
Guard yourself when transacting online by confirming your transactions such as: fund transfer, bills payment, airtime recharge etc. right on your mobile application. Confirm the details and enter your secure, One Time Passcode (OTP) to complete the transaction.

ACTIVATING YOUR SOFT TOKEN
To activate the Fidelity Token, simply login to the Fidelity Token app with your Fidelity Online Banking credentials. Once logged in, the app will authenticate your mobile phone and also request that you provide answer to any of your secret questions.

EASE OF USE, SPEED OF TRANSACTION
Fidelity Token has been uniquely designed as an easy solution for your transactions. All you need is to input your PIN and the one time password is available instantly to complete your transactions. If you are using the Fidelity Online Banking app, you can easily copy the eight digit token response and paste as required.

INFORMATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
When activating your token for the first time, you will be charged N1,500 + 7.5% VAT. However this is a one-time charge for your token in line with the Central Bank of Nigeria’s directive. Subsequent reinstallation or reactivation will be free of charge.

Before downloading this fidelity token,I saw a lot of discouraging comments about how the token app is not working, but I still had to download it since it was requested by the system as I needed it to make a first time transfer using the normal mobile app ... The negative reviews from people about it is actually true,the token app doesn't open at all,it keeps writing error after inputing my login details,right now, I'm so disappointed. How I wish I had chosen another reliable bank with smooth b

nothing to write home about...what's the use of token app if it won't open, it keeps telling me error and they will send me an email telling me I logged into my account...I have sent several emails complaining that I can't open my token app but even the messages don't deliver....worst app ever.

The Token App alongside the Fidelity bank is nothing to write home about. I have been complaining about this Token App to the customer care for about 4 months now and nothing has been done about it. How can someone have money in his account and not being able to use it at when desired? The token never allows me to login...I repeat, NEVER!!! I got a new phone and tried to login my Fidelity App on my new device, and I get one bloodly error all the time! please both Apps sucks as regard logins!!
