The worst app ever. I registed and provided my ID and my face scan. waited for 5 days for the verification of my ID. the outcome is blocking my account, and the reason? They can't provide it to the blocked accounts. it doesn't make any sense, bad service. go for apps like wise or remitly

worst support system. waiting 2 days for support. no contact to support system. i texted and wait more than 24 hr no response. not recommended this app. charges are also very high. International remit app should always available for support and all. worst app ever. deal got cancelled due to error in payment.

most convenient way to transfer funds to my family abroad. much better than Wxxx Unxxx. The CS was prompt in resolving the problems I encountered (just when I needed to remit funds for emergency use). strangely, Findo is probably the only application which adopts this remittance solution (crediting the receiver's card directly)
