Update 7/25/22: The app is still horrible. No change in rating. It seems like its always going down. Less sophisticated features than other online banking apps. This may be the reason I change banks. Update: 3/25/22: lowering my rating from 2 to 1. This is the worst banking app I have ever used. Mist of the time it will not open properly and I have to use browser instead. Wish you would catch up with the others. You can't even deposit a check on it. Tired if fighting with this app.

Not able to open this app, as I rely on this app for daily use. Issue started 4 weeks ago, even went and bought new phone, same issue. Talked to bank ab it, they don't know why it is happening, went to phone carrier, phone repair center and Samsung service center, they don't know what's going on with this app. Reinstalled multiple times, cleared cache/ data, reset factory defaults, still not able to open this app. Error, error occurred please call for assistance. Happens after updates!

Unreliable. 4 days a week, i can't even log in. It will forget my logins, kick me out, ignore commands. Iv even tried to Uninstaller and reinstall and still can't login... the websites sucks on phones too. The website just refreshes over any command to log in on a phone in mobile browsers or desktop browser. Only thing that works is calling and logging on a computer. So over it
