I received a notification that i can renew my CD online but low and behold, I can't find where it says to renew. it just keeps asking me if I want to open an account? Why would I open an account when I already have one?! its so frustrating. There FAQ is useless and the chat feature is also useless as it doesn't understand the questions I asked only to ask me if I want to speak to a human. But guess what, they're closed or unavailable so they ask if i want to send a message. 😠Very frustrating.

Latest version is all kinds of sloppy. The bottom nav bar scrolls up when I scroll up, covering the entire bottom half of the screen. If I go into settings, I can't back out of it. There is also still the forever issue of push notifications not alerting me until I log in to the app. Like, what? The whole purpose of push notifications is so that I wouldn't need to open the app. Come on, guys. Invest in a QA team.

2 times this week I've been locked out of my account after inputting the CORRECT username and password multiple times. This is not the first time either. It happens A LOT and it's a huge inconvenience. Been with this bank for 20 years and I'm about to close my account and go somewhere else. Tried to buy a cup of coffee a few weeks ago and the app said $-800.00 in my checking. Ordered a replacement card and was told the current card wouldn't be deactivated, 7-10 day wait. Deactivated on day 2.
