Ratings and reviews

I really like the new version in a lot of ways. The UI is cleaner and easier to use. It desperately needs the instant balance feature though. The loss of this feature is so great that I honestly would prefer they go back to the old version just so we could have that feature again. I really hope that the instant balance feature is added in a future update, because as is, even with all the new features and better UI, it's a worse app due to the loss of a key feature.

On the new update: I haven't been able to deposit checks, despite rebooting the app, the phone and even un-/reinstalling the app. I always get one of three error messages: doesn't match the amounts, can't find the endorsement, or just "an error has occurred"... My only complaint is that about 15-20% of the time, it says it "can't find the endorsement". I use a stamp. It's pretty clear. Those checks I have to actually mail in.

11/13/22 update: Error messages galore... I'm not sure what the developers did to this app, but all of a sudden when I try to log in, I open the app and it throws up an error message nearly every time. The other big issue is having to verify via text whenever I seem to log in away from my home Wi-Fi. This app doesn't know that I use this same exact phone for 99% of my logins to online banking, regardless of where? That's not good. Time to go back to the drawing board with this app. It's bad.
