I called to make an online payment of $79. When I checked my bank account, they also made an electronic withdrawal for $309. I spent 2 hours on the phone attempting to resolve my issue, only to be cut off, I believe intentionally. They again withdrew another $98 two days later. I have closed my account, and this will affect my credit score. Credit One: Instead of issuing me a credit to my bank account, they are mailing me a check in 5-10 business days! How convenient for them!

What is wrong with the app it's been down for quite some time now. I am sure that y'all have recognized this issue being there was an update. I would like to know when the app will be up and consistent without interaction. The convenient way to check my account is to log into the app this cannot be done if your system is not accurately working. I am being inconvenience I cannot: • Check my account balances • Monitor recent transactions
