Apparently only works if you are in the UK. Keeps telling me it is having problems and try again later, and it says I am offline. I have a robust ISP and Internet service so I am clearly online. These errors have been recurring for several days. I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it but the errors continue. Have app on phone and tablet and app has the same issues on both appliances.

The app keeps logging me out whenever I close it or have another app open for more than 30 seconds to a minute. I previously had this issue a number of years ago but it was resolved by an update, and I am now sad to see this bug has returned as it makes it very inconvenient when travelling on trains in areas where internet connectivity is weak.

Really fast booking experience; QR code sent straight to my phone. Shows various ticket types & has fare calculator for those who frequently travel the same route for work, school etc; for you to decide which is the best option. I do find it a bit slow to load sometimes, but nothing is ever perfect.
