Apparently only works if you are in the UK. Keeps telling me it is having problems and try again later, and it says I am offline. I have a robust ISP and Internet service so I am clearly online. These errors have been recurring for several days. I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it but the errors continue. Have app on phone and tablet and app has the same issues on both appliances.

Scotrail, please can you sort out your app? Every time you put down the phone it logs out. Incredibly frustrating to get you e-ticket ready to show the conductor, and then find yourself logged out AGAIN. Annoying for them too I'd imagine, having to wait 30 seconds while we log back in.

The app keeps logging me out whenever I close it or have another app open for more than 30 seconds to a minute. I previously had this issue a number of years ago but it was resolved by an update, and I am now sad to see this bug has returned as it makes it very inconvenient when travelling on trains in areas where internet connectivity is weak.
