Apparently only works if you are in the UK. Keeps telling me it is having problems and try again later, and it says I am offline. I have a robust ISP and Internet service so I am clearly online. These errors have been recurring for several days. I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it but the errors continue. Have app on phone and tablet and app has the same issues on both appliances.

Decent, if unnecessary app to check times, but don't buy tickets using it! The previous update, and now this new update still have a huge bug where your e-tickets will not open, so you can search and pay for them but then can't use them! As e-tickeys are the only reason you would need the app (otherwise just look at train times using a browser) then it is pointless to install this.

App worked well until 10 days ago. Then it stopped displaying the QR code, so I can't use the barriers. When you click on your ticket (I have a monthly season ticket) it just returns to the home screen. Reported it to customer service but still not fixed and they haven't bothered telling their staff on train or at barriers, so I need to explain this twice a day.
