Apparently only works if you are in the UK. Keeps telling me it is having problems and try again later, and it says I am offline. I have a robust ISP and Internet service so I am clearly online. These errors have been recurring for several days. I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it but the errors continue. Have app on phone and tablet and app has the same issues on both appliances.

Very easy to use, understand and navigate, but *incredibly* slow! I often use it to search for journeys elsewhere as well as in Scotland because it offers split tickets and provides more details and options than other services. However, it is extremely slow to respond to taps (on a Motorola phone) and has been for ages - frustrating in general and especially when needing a ticket quickly for inspection or barriers (solution: have it ready early). Thankfully even most train staff know it's slow!

Sincerely unusable, takes a full half an hour to book one return ticket because everything takes a lifetime to load and the app at randomly hallucinates some form of error (not connected to the internet, not logged in, etc, etc) which isn't actually occurring. Had to start using the loading circle to time breathing exercises by the third time I made it to the payment window.
