great service, works well for travel, best for right when you land you can get it up and running right away. The ads are a brilliant idea for people that don't use internet all that much which happens when traveling. My all time favorite service by far. One thing to add is offline billing, if free data runs out you cant buy a plan without wifi which is bothersome but other than that 2 thumbs up for firsty!

This is the worst experience I have had with an e Sim provider. I'm in Los Angeles now and Firsty worked fine the first day. The next day it started intermittently dropping out and I reached out to customer service. Without warning they issued me with a new esim. when I installed the new esim it was connecting to a network but there was no data. I can't even chat to customer service even on wifi I keep getting a message 'somethings gone wrong content could not be loaded' there is no email either

Sure, the free service is slow at only 250Kbps. But that's enough to text, email, navigate, and even browse the web if you're patient enough. It took about 30 seconds to get set up, and it really is free. The only downside is the high latency and a little packet loss, you can probably use it for VOIP calling but it'll be low quality. It won't replace your normal plan... but for roaming? Absolutely perfect.
