It bounced me out twice, showed I had no account, and then, you can't see when anything will be loaded or how much. I'll go back to using the website. At least it shows me my pending deposit. As if 9/9/26, I am locked out of my account after entering all correct information. It says to follow instructions in the email to unlock it, but I never get the stupid email. This app is 100% trash. I absolutely hate it. If I could give negative stars, I would 🤬

Pros: user interface from the screenshots looks easy to use, simple and has accessible features that seem great. Cons: 1. app does not send code to my 340 number so unable to log in or create account. 2. unknown error when i do try to log in with my previous account that worked before when I try from the old Ebt edge app, it allowed me to enter my card info which then refers me to this app where I still can't log in. app seems great so i'm hoping they are fix for us in the US Virgin Islands.

Not user friendly. Difficult long login process w multiple failed pw attempts & locked out. Finally log in, select remember me (but it doesn't). Selected fingerprint enable (doesn't work either) and app only provides your balance. No transaction history or pending deposit info. Useless & pointless to have. Calling to check balance is quicker & simpler. LISTEN TO YOUR REVIEWS!! FIX THE APP!
