I'm sorry, at the moment I'm perplexed as to why I am having an issue regarding my numbers on my card...The feedback when I entered my account number accurately was that it didn't look right, smh, which literally left me stuck.... What I could see is perhaps the grouping of the numbers according to sites version of how it perhaps should look vs. how it literally is is just plain nuts so I had no other alternative but to opt to enter my numbers later. Fortunately, I was accepted.

Tried to log in and gave me a log in error. Decided to try to use both my phone number and email for the trouble logging in and both said account not found yet the old app has them both set. This app is horribly developed judging by all of the poor reviews and needs to get all the bugs ironed out before actually launching the app.

cannot log into an existing ebtEDGE account... and the job listings/special deals/etc advertising smells like a bad knock-off of Propel EBT... (edit) Contrary to response from dev, WILL NOT recognize an existing account *and* creating a new account doesn't work as "card number is invalid"... checked with WA DSHS and was told "if it doesn't have the "egg" logo, it is fake" and to cancel and replace card as it has now been compromised! BEWARE! The latest is "D.C., IL, and U.S. Virgin Islands only"
