About this app

Eating well in Thailand shouldn't mean weighing your food or hunting through a
database for "som tam" every single meal.

FITDEE looks at your plate and tells you what's in it.

SNAP, DON'T SEARCH
Point your camera at a meal and FITDEE identifies the dishes and estimates
calories, protein, carbs, fat and fiber. Thai dishes, rice plates, street food,
noodle bowls, packaged snacks — it reads what you actually eat.
Scan a barcode for packaged food, or type it in when you'd rather.

NUMBERS THAT ARE YOURS
Answer a few questions once and FITDEE works out your daily energy target from
your height, weight, age and how you actually move. Not a flat 1,500 for
everyone. As your weight changes, the target follows.

A DAY YOU CAN READ AT A GLANCE
One ring for the day. Green means you're on track. It stays honest — if you ate
under your body's baseline, FITDEE says so instead of congratulating you.

WORKOUTS THAT COUNT
Log a session and FITDEE folds the burn into your day. Connect Health Connect
(optional, read-only) and your watch's real heart rate and active energy replace
the estimate.

AN AI COACH THAT KNOWS YOUR WEEK
Ask why the scale moved, what to eat tonight, how to hit your protein. The coach
reads your own logs before it answers, so you get an answer about your week —
not a generic article.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
• No account required to start. No ads. No device tracking, ever.
• Export everything you've logged to a spreadsheet, any time.
• Delete your account and your data from inside the app, in two taps.
• Meal photos are processed to read the food and are not kept on our servers.

TRY IT PROPERLY
14 days, everything unlocked, no payment details. Decide after you've used it
for two weeks — not after a 30-second demo.

FITDEE is a food logging and fitness tool. It is not a medical device and does
not diagnose, treat or give medical advice. Talk to a doctor before changing
your diet if you are pregnant, under 18, or managing a health condition.
