FitGuard AI is your personal fitness coach on your phone. Point your camera at yourself, do the exercise, and the app gives you instant feedback on your form — then builds a weekly workout plan that matches your goal, your level and the equipment you actually own.

WHAT YOU GET

AI FORM CHECK
Turn on the camera and FitGuard AI follows your movement in real time. It draws a live skeleton overlay on screen, counts your reps automatically, and scores your posture, alignment and depth. Prefer not to use the camera? Upload a photo instead and get the same written feedback.

PERSONAL WORKOUT PLANS
Tell the app your goal (weight loss, muscle gain, endurance, flexibility or general fitness), your level, how many days a week you can train and what equipment you have. FitGuard AI writes a full weekly plan around it — exercise by exercise, with sets, reps and rest times.

CHAIR YOGA AND HOME PROGRAMS
Gentle, seated programs for beginners, for seniors, and for anyone easing back into movement after a long break. No equipment, no floor work, no gym.

EXERCISE LIBRARY
Step-by-step instructions and technique tips for squats, push-ups, deadlifts, lunges, planks, pull-ups, presses, curls, hip thrusts and more.

AI COACH CHAT
Ask anything about training, recovery or technique and get a straight, practical answer. Your goal and your recent training are taken into account.

PROGRESS TRACKING
Workout history, form scores over time, streaks, achievements and body measurements — so you can see whether it is actually working.

LAB AND REPORT READER
Upload a blood test or another medical report and get a plain-language explanation of what the values mean, plus questions worth asking your doctor. This is educational information only, never a diagnosis.

FitGuard AI is a fitness coaching tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Form scores are estimates produced by AI and are not a clinical physiotherapy assessment. AI can make mistakes. Always consult a qualified doctor or physiotherapist before starting a new exercise programme — especially if you have an injury, a heart or joint condition, are pregnant, or have been inactive for a long time. Stop and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.

YOUR CAMERA AND YOUR PRIVACY

The live camera preview and the skeleton overlay run on your device. The video stream is never recorded and never leaves your phone. Only a single still photo that you choose to submit is sent, over an encrypted connection, to our AI provider (Google Gemini) for that one analysis. We do not store it on our servers, we never sell it, and it is not used to train AI models. You can withdraw camera access at any time in your device settings.

Every AI answer in the app carries a Report button, so you can flag anything offensive, unsafe or wrong without leaving the app. We read every report.

ACCOUNT AND PLANS

The free plan includes AI workout plan generation, Chair Yoga and 10 AI analyses in total, with no card required. Optional paid plans unlock unlimited AI analyses and advanced features; they are purchased and managed on our website, not inside this app.

You can delete your account and all of your data at any time from Dashboard - Account settings - Danger zone, or from our website.
