For this there's only 2 day workout.. it says week 1. Am I suppose to do a workout 1 day which is the 4 circuits.. then rest a day and do the second workout? Does that mean I'll workout twice a week? Since the rest of the workouts are the same..
Won't work I downloaded and it won't open keeps saying error or oops something went wrong I was really looking forward to this app to.
