Considering it's free to use for basic functionality, it performed well for my needs (except for not being able to change the incline % manually). That is until there was an update that I installed on 7/31/2026. Now certain items on the main screen, during workout, don't count or freeze. My HR monitor (Powerbeats Pro 2) also doesn't connect anymore. I tried the normal restart stuff but encountered same results. Will wait to see if future update fixes.

This is the only free app I've found that provides rowing workout plans with music synced to the SPM during a workout. Unfortunately, there are some bug that have occurred recently that make this app not worth it: The person you are supposed to mimic is always going too fast or too slow at the beinning. Who cares, music? Well, it constantly cuts out so you can't stay on a good rhythm and the 22 SPM song is just MISSING. Such a pain, would love the devs to fix this.

the app would be great if there wasn't a premium subscription for additional content. i spend nearly $400 on a product (not even a top end product by this company) and can't utilize more than a few workouts and scenic routes. I'm frustrated with everything being a subscription, especially regarding this app and product, while being a beginner runner. it's just discouraging and disappointing. at least let us have all the scenic routes, if not all the beginner workouts, too.
