Ratings and reviews

Ordering was easy, but you can only put an apartment number in the notes at checkout. There's no delivery tracking. And if/when the driver leaves your order at the wrong door, you have no way of knowing until calling the store a hour and a half after because there's no customer support in the app. then it takes multiple support tickets and messages to their Facebook to finally get a refund 3+ weeks later. Save yourself the headache and just spend more through doordash.

It's quite possible this is the worst restaurant app out of all apps. Basic functionality doesn't work. I cannot add an item to the cart, then go read a text, and then come back to the cart and still have the item in it. Unreal. also, it is too hard to reorder items from a previous order. I get errors telling me they no longer offer little cheeseburgers. of course they do

If I could give this app a negative star I would. They were running a BOGO burger deal but you could only order through the app or online. Both the app and website are down or not functioning - basically gives me a network error every time I try to do anything or checkout - and they said they can't discount in store. Basically "sorry too bad." The five guys technical side is apparently awful. Will make sure I don't bother eating here again for wasting so much of my time.
