Ratings and reviews

Slow and buggy. Random error popups. When it works, it has difficulty with barcodes. Returns from scans early, but produces an error. When it scans, it can take over 30s to give results. The UI to show if ticket is a winner is a disaster. Small print, lots of words, hard to tell difference between winner and loser, making it TEERIBLE at doing the ONLY THING it's used for. The service is down for maintenance EVERY NIGHT from 12am-6am, making it UNAVAILABLE 25% of the time. Unheard of.

It was working at the very beginning. I loved it because you could do a lot of things with it, including saving your preferred numbers, etc. Then it stopped working. From the lottery they suggested I should uninstall and reinstall. It has not worked since and I am talking around 6 months already. Opens a blank page with the logo and nothing else. I have a Pixel with the latest software. Whatever they did, this is now unusable. Such a pity. UPDATE 9/23: it gets worse with time.

The app is really bad. Its never working fully. Doesnt even go into promos when prompted. So you cant use the camera feature. Sometimes it all works for a few hours. After reinstalling app several times,then out again. But on the computer it works fine. Just have to manually enter tix. So i give Just 1 star. But i check each day. Go through the uninstall And reinstall thing just to see if its working properly. I will continue to use for other things. Just cant get into promo screen. Thank you
