The app is very slow and for the past month or so I have been unable to clip coupons. Many years ago, to get a discount, you simply scanned your Kroger card at checkout. These days, for some reason, you have to manually click a "digital coupon." Silly, but not an inconvenience since if I'm looking at an item in the app, it shows me coupons and sales that apply, so I have one extra click before adding it to my list. But now that doesn't work, and I've started shopping at other stores.

I can add coupons via the website and most times they work. The app only shows like 20 of those coupons. Most times tell me not able to load the coupons and gives me errors. I have deleted and re-downloaded so many times. But even when you go in the store they say they have to do adjustments all the time because the app hardly works for anyone. Thankfully they will take care of people in store if you notice it before you leave.

Apocalypse Mouse
Pain in the *** app, honestly. How does it get worse every 6 months or so? Not to mention, app coupons DO NOT work in the store, only on the app. Their weekly app coupons will not work unless you keep asking an employee to manually enter it for you and no one in the country has time for that. I was able to search "ramen" one minute, then the next the app says it's never even heard of the stuff 🙄
