Ratings and reviews

They let you buy the ticket through the flixbus app but the driver cannot accept these and asks for a specific flibco ticket. However, they just don't send that one in any of their confirmation emails. Generally scummy. Would give 0 stars but the driver was kind enough to let us board with the ticket we got through the flixbus app.

There is no feature to cancel the tickets due to the driver's mistake. The driver doesn't care if they are late or not and sometimes doesn't stop in the appropriate dedicated spot.

The app is very bad and fraudulent, there is no way to change the flight or cancel even though I paid insurance in case of cancellation, don't booking tickets early online 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
