Ratings and reviews

They let you buy the ticket through the flixbus app but the driver cannot accept these and asks for a specific flibco ticket. However, they just don't send that one in any of their confirmation emails. Generally scummy. Would give 0 stars but the driver was kind enough to let us board with the ticket we got through the flixbus app.

The app doesn't recognise the banking apps on my phone and only allows payment through scanning a QR code. So I have to scan a code with the same phone it's shown on...

My booking fails because of 'an error' which occured. I rebook. They charge me for both, and now I still have to argue, after sending clear screenshots(!!!) for them to give me my money back?! NOT VERY TRUSTWORTHY!
