Haven't been able to use the app to order food in over a year. usually end up ordering through Toast because the Flour app doesn't do anything when I click the "order now" button. the button changes color, then nothing happens. I've tried going to the checkout without any items and clicking the "start order" button, which does the exact same thing.

Notifications for a delivery order are lacking. I placed an order for delivery, which is serviced through GrubHub. I had to keep manually checking the status of the order within the app to see it's progress. Eventually, the option to track my order was no longer available, and I never received the delivery. I did not receive any emails or notifications throughout the process to let me know the status of my order. Likely the first and last time I use this app

Not worth downloading. The app won't allow me to order anything. I either get the endless spinning wheel or an error message saying the item is not available. Every menu item is unavailable according to the app 🙄 Just use the Flour web site to make an order for pick up or delivery. Edit: Re-trying the app in 2023. Still doesn't work. There is no Confirm button or anything to set the pick up time you choose.
