They have a great selection of flowers, wine, chocolates and teddy bears at fair prices. When I first placed the order there was an issue with the payment going through but I was able to get it sorted out a day later. They delivered the gifts in a few hours and the recipient is happy with the quality of the items. edit- I have updated my rating to 5 stars because I have just placed another order and did not have the payment issue I had with my first order.

Amazing service. Staff were super helpful, attentive and easy to communicate with online. I had technical issues placing the order first and after messaging them, they got back to me within 5 minutes and resolved the issue 🙏. The service offers flowers that do not match the photos and descriptions shown in the app. The actual product can differ significantly from what was advertised, which is very disappointing. Customer support handles incident reports extremely poorly: responses are slow, communication is unclear, and resolving an issue requires far too much effort from the customer. On top of that, refunds take between 4 and 7 days, even when the service clearly failed to deliver what was promised.
