Ratings and reviews

Very stupid. They tell you to download the app (which isn't necessary) instead of navigating to the website. But then the app literally tells you to go to the website. You can't sign in on the app while on the plane, and the website doesn't work because the stupid on-board Wi-Fi blocks their own website. Like, how do they actually manage to sell Wi-Fi on these planes? Stupid. Also, please partner with T-Mobile with their free onboard Wi-Fi deal. That's much more straightforward.

I've installed and uninstaller this app so many times, I'm sick of it! I've tried to book flights, but it would not allow me to add anyone else as a companion. When traveling with another adult, the app would NOT allow me to purchase tickets for them as a second person on the same trip even though the person's info (my spouse) was in my profile.

I have had nothing but positive experiences thus far! The website is super easy to maneuver through. I can cancel or change my airfare with no fees. The planes are newer and spacious. Ifly to Vero Beach often. If I had to complain about anything...it would about Breeze changing the itinerary from 6am to 12pm flight. I liked the early flight best!
