THE worst airline app out there. Registration is a nightmare. There's no way to check your reservation when you're signed in, so you have to log out and check as a guest. Downloading your digital ticket goes to a nonexistent folder, making you screenshot the ticket. Adding travel documents is impossible. There's a LOT of work needed to fix this app. It's completely unacceptable in its current state.

Worst service. Online check-in services are unavailable, though selected this option while booking ticket. Also received email for online check-in, however while doing so, it gives error. Neither website not application are working. Contacted support staff but in vain, they just have some pre written responses. Poor support service.

Very bad service and lots of hidden costs. The apps doesn't work either and reaching someone willing to assist is impossible.
