When they say new updates constantly, they mean it. Some updates will work, and some will lock you out. Half the time you can use this app, and half the time you gotta go online to Focus. Honestly, just as easy if not easier to just use the online service instead of app. Also, money can sit in pending so long that you will get a refund for the pending item sometimes before they even charge you for that item..meaning they kept your refund. This bank will try to get your money one way or another.

App is working much better but could use some more enhancements. It would be nice to be able to add additional money to my mortgage principal when doing a transfer from checking to mortgage. Also, increase the amount you can deposit .
