This app used to work. It doesn't anymore. The remote startup doesn't work. Unlocking my car doesn't work. Even the tracking system for the car does not work. I do not know what happened with their updates, but my 2019 car does not work with this app anymore. What's also frustrating, is that making appointments with the dealership on the app is broken, too. It will always come up as "cannot confirm appointment". The app was good when it worked, I just wish it could continue to work.

While the basic functionality is okay (if a bit slow), there is a glaring bug. The app will not allow you to upload any receipts for maintenance records that you add, despite giving the app full permissions to the gallery and camera. Choosing Gallery is simply ignored, and although the camera activates after choosing that option, the app then refuses to let you upload the photo you took of the receipt. I sent feedback to the developer, but that was ignored. Need to do better, Ford!

The new beta is a vast improvement over the last iteration! Be great to see increased functionality such as remote start/climate controls should prepare battery for drive as well. Also turn on heated steering wheel buttons and access to the cameras/something similar to the sentry mode Tesla offers. I still don't have auto lock/walk away lock and unlock with phone. Also lost the trip planning feature in the beta app. Features are better but need to be faster and more reliability.
