I have overall very good experience with Nickel , but i could deduct one star because i faced problem with transaction they charging double and when i ask for refund they said it will 8 days to refund. I must say need to upgrade system so it will work proper and iam using it in Portugal there needed to add option for MBWAY which is very popular here .

Decent app, just need to have different language options, and better banking services. With some new features, more languages(english), enhance banking opportunities and a new look, this app will be a top contender.

Dont recommend. About the bank and service can say it's just terrible.After verification picked up card but it was not activated. Tried to contact support for a month by email but they just answering in FRENCH only that my email is not registered and at the same time they send my their offers to the same emails but in English. I speak no French, living in Germany and have no idea why they ignoring any other languages! 25€ for cars was just waisted. Will probably suit them for fraud and scam.
