Ratings and reviews

They sent oversized orders, completely ignoring the entered dimensions. While contesting this issue and the fact that I had used gas and hadn't been paid, the support agent closed the chat, ignoring the statement, simply saying "you missed the delivery window," without allowing me to say that I arrived 10 minutes early. Frayt support agents will contact your number directly, asking for the ETA to pick up. Even if you're going to arrive on-time, they remove you from the order. Poor experience.

Absolutely worthless. Had this app for 3 months, and couldn't even select 1 job. It's a push notification system like some other gig apps, and most of the jobs are gone before you can even open up the notification. Jobs are scarce in the first place, and on the rare occasion a job is left open, the pay is super low. Drive 30 minutes away just to get there for a pay of $15-$18. This is another ad that charges you $40 for a "background check". I finally just asked to be deleted from the platform.

I have been with Frayt for about a year now. I love the company. They really take care of the drivers. And every now and then, I get excellent loads from it. The old versions of the App had a problem updating locations but all I had to do is close and open the App. It was not a big problem. Overall Frayt comes on top compared to all the other Apps. It is by far #1 in my list.
