About this app

To ensure your app is compatible with Android 13, please update it to the latest version. www.FreeStyleandroid.com

The FreeStyle LibreLink app is approved for use with FreeStyle Libre and FreeStyle Libre 2 sensors. You can now monitor your blood sugar by scanning your sensor with your phone or use FreeStyle Libre 2 sensors to receive alarms when your glucose level is low or high. [1] [2]

You can use the FreeStyle LibreLink app to:

*view your current glucose reading, trend arrow and glucose history
*receive low or high glucose alarms with FreeStyle Libre 2 sensors [2]
*view reports including time spent in target range and daily trends
*share, with your consent, your data with your doctor and your family

COMPATIBILITY WITH SMARTPHONES
Compatibility may vary between phones and operating systems. Visit http://FreeStyleLibre.com to learn more about compatible phones.

USING YOUR APP AND YOUR READER WITH THE SAME SENSOR
Alarms can be played on either your FreeStyle Libre 2 reader or your phone (but not both). You must start the sensor with the app to receive alarms on your phone. You must start the sensor with your FreeStyle Libre 2 reader to receive alarms on it. Once the sensor is started with the reader, you can also scan this sensor with your phone.

Reminder: the application and the reader do not share data with each other. To receive comprehensive information about a device, scan your sensor every 8 hours with that device. Without this, your reports will not reflect all the data. You can upload and view data from all your devices at LibreView.com.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE APPLICATION
The FreeStyle LibreLink app is intended, when used with a sensor, to measure glucose levels in people with diabetes. For more information on how to use the FreeStyle LibreLink app, see the corresponding User Manual accessible through this app. If you would like to receive a printed version of the User Manual, contact Abbott Diabetes Care Division Customer Service.

Consult a healthcare professional to verify that this product is right for you or if you have any questions about how to use it to make treatment decisions.

Go to http://FreeStyleLibre.com.

[1] If you use the FreeStyle LibreLink app, you must also have access to a blood glucose monitoring system, as the app does not offer this feature.

[2] The alarms you receive do not include your glucose reading. So you need to scan your sensor to check your glucose level.
