The newest update for the website earlier this week is terrible. Booking appointments is now in this tiny side panel. You can't access notes on the same page while booking which is crucial for our business. We've been w/ Fresha since it was Shedul and we're incredibly disappointed with the changes. Very hard to book appointments w/ multiple stylists. You have to do infinite more clicks than before to accomplish tasks that used to be simple. Already spoke to my rep about this. Very dissatisfied.

Maria is so exceptionally brilliant not only did she convert a scarecrow into a princess,the whole experience was like no other,so relaxing in a modern spotlessly clean surrounding. Although i booked my next appt for high/lowlights cut and blow dry before leaving, today I booked online for a wash and blow dry next week just to capture the film star look again that boosted the low self-esteem i have,i never thought was possible to feel & look so good Maria is a talented genius 🥰
