The app froze on me. Lost over 20 items in my cart. Had to start over. I started over and the app froze again. App is glitchy and unreliable. You need to hire new app developers. It's probably for the better since their prices are through the roof expensive and likely won't be ordering again.. No wonder they're giving away 50 buck off promotions. They're 30 to 50 percent more expensive than even Whole Foods. That's pretty bad.

I really like the selection of items and the convenience of delivery. I'm not a fan of the delivery fee being to so high. it's $7.99 per order then there's the taxes n fees and before tipping the delivery person but I usually only order when a promocode makes it worth it and can cover those additional costs. Then it feels like I'm paying out right for the actually order with the convenience of still getting my items directly to me door.

Run away, they'll take your money and tell you nothing when they don't deliver. I had an order paid for and scheduled to deliver. Some internal fraud alert canceled the order - they claim - but they did nothing to inform me and the charge is still on my account. I had to contact Customer Service 4 times before someone would at least acknowledge and explain their issue for the missing order. My account is now locked, my groceries never appeared. Atrocious. There are better services. Use them.
