Very poor experience with international remittance, I was unable to transfer money internationally and contacted customer care for 15 days, but there was no progress. Finally I had to use another platform. I won't recommend using this for international transfer. If everything goes fine it's okay; but if something goes wrong nobody is there to help. Very bad experience.

at the beginning it was cool, easy and fast, later ,, too many times of repeated errors cant top up my wallet, amount transfer did not credit to the beneficiary complaint submitted it's a bad experience when it's linked to money, it is risky and hard time

This is a very bad application, I transferred money to Pakistan in an emergency but the money is stuck, whenever I talk to the helpline they say that your complaint has been registered and the issue will be resolved as soon as possible. But the issue is not being resolved and there is no time limit. Due to the emergency, I am thinking of filing a complaint with a relevant agency so that I can get the money quickly. If the conditions were normal, I would have tolerated it.
