Very poor experience with international remittance, I was unable to transfer money internationally and contacted customer care for 15 days, but there was no progress. Finally I had to use another platform. I won't recommend using this for international transfer. If everything goes fine it's okay; but if something goes wrong nobody is there to help. Very bad experience.

This is a very bad application, I transferred money to Pakistan in an emergency but the money is stuck, whenever I talk to the helpline they say that your complaint has been registered and the issue will be resolved as soon as possible. But the issue is not being resolved and there is no time limit. Due to the emergency, I am thinking of filing a complaint with a relevant agency so that I can get the money quickly. If the conditions were normal, I would have tolerated it.

Very easy to use account, the rate of getting money immediately is also good. I liked it very much. I have used it, you can also use it easily and confidently without fear. The most important thing to improve is that the customer care service should be free. The promotion is said to be free, but since it is paid, it is causing inconvenience, so special attention should be paid to that.
