App is not usable. I have been paying for it for 3-4 weeks and it has been functional maybe 4 days. Newest error is "subscription expired" when MTA has confirmed it has been paid the entire time. Developers are taking their sweet time fixing this bug.

I need to be able to use the app when I'm not at home. I use the app to turn on/off the internet to different devices or profiles based on when my kids have done what they have been asked to do. If I'm at work and have no ability to turn off my son's X-Box until he does his daily chores, it is not quite providing the service I thought I was purchasing. I pay every month for this service, and if I have to be home to use it, it seems like I could just unplug the modem and achieve the same effect.
