This was a useful app showing points and usage but as others have said in the past few weeks (December 2024)it's now impossible to log in as you always get an error message. Even if you try with a PC it doesn't work. Frustrating! Thankfully you can still collect points and use them with the card or if you know the number for Smart Shopping using the hand scanners.

copy and paste function from home screen includes a space before the number, causing the final digit to be cut off when attempting to use the card number online. I contacted support, they told me to restart my phone and that they were unable to escalate my request to the right team. obviously this did not solve the issue. I then posted this review and the response asked me to use Facebook or Twitter, neither of which I use, to contact support. beyond unhelpful

I've tried several times to find out how many points I have. Needed to update details. That was done, but I've got to wait until they send me a code by post to find out my points total. Post, ridiculous in this day and age. I found a phone number online. Rang up, hopefully it's all sorted. I just need to reinstall the app and fingers crossed that gets me to eBay. Oh by the way I never got the code.
