copy and paste function from home screen includes a space before the number, causing the final digit to be cut off when attempting to use the card number online. I contacted support, they told me to restart my phone and that they were unable to escalate my request to the right team. obviously this did not solve the issue. I then posted this review and the response asked me to use Facebook or Twitter, neither of which I use, to contact support. beyond unhelpful

this app used to be great but now I can't log in following the recent app updates, there's always error messages. I can only access through the website and that is so slow and laborious. nectar asked me to contact them to resolve, I did so and still does not work. nectar have since wanted to know about the problem, it's been a month and they still haven't responded back, let alone solved the issue. very poor

Really irksome when the app logs itself out. There's a long line of people behind me & an impatient cashier wanting to serve everyone, especially if it's an Esso service station, so I end up missing out on points (quite a few when I'm in putting £30-£40 of fuel in or doing a big shop). None of my other apps do this, so why does this app do it frequently? 😡 It's done it for years, on various devices (Nokia, Oppo, Motorola, etc.).
