Keeps logging me out of the app. The last 3 weeks I have lost nectar points and paid more because I'm in a queue and don't want to keep the line up. I shouldn't have to login every time I open the app to scan my nectar card. When I finally, do get past security, it takes forever for the app to show information. SORT YOUR APP OUT!!!! I don't carry the plastic card around because the app is meant to make it easier.

Super glitchy registration process. Took me many attempts and 20 minutes at least to create my account. Scanning my card didn't enable the next step of the account creation. A proper mess. Nectar/Sainsbury's digital Product team should be embarrassed. Also the fact that you can't get Help either. 👎

this app used to be great but now I can't log in following the recent app updates, there's always error messages. I can only access through the website and that is so slow and laborious. nectar asked me to contact them to resolve, I did so and still does not work. nectar have since wanted to know about the problem, it's been a month and they still haven't responded back, let alone solved the issue. very poor
