This was a useful app showing points and usage but as others have said in the past few weeks (December 2024)it's now impossible to log in as you always get an error message. Even if you try with a PC it doesn't work. Frustrating! Thankfully you can still collect points and use them with the card or if you know the number for Smart Shopping using the hand scanners.

copy and paste function from home screen includes a space before the number, causing the final digit to be cut off when attempting to use the card number online. I contacted support, they told me to restart my phone and that they were unable to escalate my request to the right team. obviously this did not solve the issue. I then posted this review and the response asked me to use Facebook or Twitter, neither of which I use, to contact support. beyond unhelpful

Spent £12.90 in store almost entirely on recommendations that had 20-30 points on them. 12 points added, instead of the 120 or possibly 150 I expected. An absolute joke of an app. In the past, I've had it close down in the shop and not recognise my sign in details afterwards. As for the items selected specifically for my tastes, these included various cheeses, which I don't eat(I'm allergic to cheese) but not something like coffee or water that I DO drink! It's starting to feel like a real con!
