absolutely terrible! my cameras disappeared off the app and now they won't let me add them. customer service never responds. when the cameras were on the app I could also view them on 2 other apps. I paid $100 for a year subscription that I'm supposed to be able to add 10 devices but after adding 2 they told me I have to pay an additional $30 per device. save your money and get something that actually works. DO NOT GET THIS APP, AIWIT APP OR SEEING APP! THEY ALL THE SAME AND THEY TERRIBLE!!!

Just got 3 of these on TEMU. Adding the APP was a horrible experience. Once loaded no link to get the required subscription. Camera's wouldn't connect to the 4G system. They only take videos which is useless to me. Was going to use them as trl cams. The only thing I got out of these is 3 solar panels I can use. Throwing the cameras away! Cost too much to send them back. Customer service is non existent!! DON'T GET THEM! They are useless!!

easy app to use. it's easy to add devices, set up has never been this simple! I would have given 5 stars, until I added a second trail cam.... And saw subscription prices!!!! Hells No... 19.99 a month per camera? Your app ain't worth all that... how about a flat fee for unlimited devices? I didn't see a subscription for that. you got me fkd up if you think I'm gonna pay 39.98 a month for 2 trail cams....
