The best thing i can say about this app is that it is mediocre. It is slow at its fastest. As an example: i received a motion detected alert at 8:43pm and opened the app to view the video. 5 mins later it finally finished opening the video for me to watch and see what tripped the motion detector. 5 minutes to open. By that time of course there was nothing around and nothing on the video. This 5 minutes was not unusual, it is normal. Trying to see what trips the motion detector is horrendous!

The app starts GREAT during the trial time. After the subscription, it becomes very sketchy and customer service is the same. You can get a good view in real time but as far as play back or etc that opportunity fades. Maybe I should go back and view my subscription plan because obviously I'm not paying enough for the features 🙃

I don't recommend the cameras suck, one will record and the other two won't pick up anything. good luck getting help if there's a problem because I've been trying to get help with paying for two separate subscriptions and them turning on access to not only the wrong camera but they stacked the two separate payments onto the wrong camera and can't get anyone to help what so ever.
