I have this app for a trail cam. I really like my trail cam but the subscription service for it is lacking to say the least. I typically read reviews before I purchase most products but I was not the one to purchase this. I was double billed on my very first bill. While it isn't a huge amount of money it's the principle. I owe x amount I pay that amount. The app has no right to just go take whatever amount they want after the initial payment. My advice is don't purchase this product.

This service is horrible. Paid the one week trial to test the device. Worked fine! I didn't need the camera for a while so paused my subscription. Charged multiple times anyway. Later paid the one month subscription! They took my money and immediately the device no longer worked! I received an email 10 minutes later saying that my subscription was expiring and would renew automatically the very next day. they have repeatedly tried to charge my account 21.89twice a day for several days. The installation was easy. Connecting the camera was fast and easy. The problem is with looking at the live view. It will work some, but most of the time, it will show a black screen after the blue dots finally stop going in a circle. This also makes it hard to move the camera if you want to check different areas. If these two things could be fixed, I would give it a better review.
