This service is horrible. Paid the one week trial to test the device. Worked fine! I didn't need the camera for a while so paused my subscription. Charged multiple times anyway. Later paid the one month subscription! They took my money and immediately the device no longer worked! I received an email 10 minutes later saying that my subscription was expiring and would renew automatically the very next day. they have repeatedly tried to charge my account 21.89twice a day for several days. The best thing i can say about this app is that it is mediocre. It is slow at its fastest. As an example: i received a motion detected alert at 8:43pm and opened the app to view the video. 5 mins later it finally finished opening the video for me to watch and see what tripped the motion detector. 5 minutes to open. By that time of course there was nothing around and nothing on the video. This 5 minutes was not unusual, it is normal. Trying to see what trips the motion detector is horrendous!

absolutely terrible! my cameras disappeared off the app and now they won't let me add them. customer service never responds. when the cameras were on the app I could also view them on 2 other apps. I paid $100 for a year subscription that I'm supposed to be able to add 10 devices but after adding 2 they told me I have to pay an additional $30 per device. save your money and get something that actually works. DO NOT GET THIS APP, AIWIT APP OR SEEING APP! THEY ALL THE SAME AND THEY TERRIBLE!!!
