Ratings and reviews

It is a huge pain to set up the connection, and after a few days it disconnects and you have to go through the entire setup process again. I've called several times and they keep blaming it on my wifi network, even though a quick Google search shows many others have the exact same issue. I have an access point close by and it's on my 2.4 Ghz guest network. None of my other devices have this issue, including much cheaper electronic devices. Ridiculous for a 10k piece of equipment.

3/26/2024...as others are having issues with the app, I am also. Won't go past opening screen. The words on the screen fibrillate or rapidly flash. This has been going on for quite a while, as others have reported. What is the dev going to do to fix this issue? App continuously crashes and will not open. Multiple msgs have been sent to report issue, but no resolution to this problem. Developer needs to pay attention to the customers here and fix the app so that it opens and is useful.

I just installed this app yesterday and it worked great for one day. Today it won't open past the first screen and goes into what another user described as "seizure" mode. The screen flashes like a strobe but the app never opens. Galaxy 10 Note Plus. Edited to add: I see many others having this issue for a couple of months now. That doesn't bode well for seeing a resolution to the problem. I'm very disappointed.
