App is really bad since it's always glitching, very slow, and not very intuitive since the layout is more complicated than it has to be. When I get an error message like "this wallet is expired," rather than giving me a solution, it tells me nothing and I'm left without a means of transportation. Really awful user experience and these glitches have to be fixed

I created an account on my main phone not thinking much of it. then I realized I can't use my pass on this phone because I don't have data. I tried logging in on my other phone instead but apparently you aren't allowed to transfer the pass to a different device.

The 31 bus dri ver was rude racists and made me pay despite the fact I had a go mobile 31 day pass on my cell device which she acknowledged was valid and current . Then at my destination stop at university med center she did not stop but continued to drive off and would not let me exit after I pulled the stop requested cord .
