Ratings and reviews

Hasn't been updated in a year. It's so so slow you might as well just make a phone call. Filled with glitches, errors, discrepancies between what you have available to pick up and what's actually available. Not just with ready times either. Pharmacy staff never have any idea what's going on with the app. They act like somebody spent 3 minutes telling them about the app one time. And that's it. This app might get 4 stars.. in 2009.

Makes it very easy to refill medications, request the pharmacy to contact the provider for a new prescription, and to see when medications are ready to pick up, or overdue for a refill...A nice perk would be if we could request delivery in the app, instead of always having to call. Although I understand it's important to be sure a customer is close enough and otherwise qualifies for delivery.

Half the time the app doesnt even load. When it does and i try to log in, it takes forever and eventually gives an error message. Very slow app and is never updated. Didnt have any issues with it until recently. Update 01/10/22: App is completely useless. Says my email address isnt recognized even though my info was saved from previous logins. Sucks because i cant see when something is due now.
