Ratings and reviews

Very bad. You pay a monthly service fee but if you ask a question via the chat, it takes a day to get an irrelevant answer. Transferring money from your bank account to Bux goes instantly, but the other direction takes several days. A simple address change from one EU country to another seems to be nearly impossible and requires sending documents to prove your move, even though you don't need to submit such documents when opening an account.

expensive trading fees, management fees and no outgoing portfolio transfers and up to 5 days to withdraw money from the account. don't use this bank, it has a very bad corr product! avoid at all cost p.s. to developer: No the main issue is not the outgoing transfers take 2 days the issue is that you can't move your portfolio elsewhere which means you get stuck with a high commission product that charges monthly fees. drop the fees, allow outgoing portfolio transfers to other brokers.

tried the app because it promised me a free share. this is still not added to my account, tried to get help from customer support but they just give 1 reply and leave been going on for 4 weeks now...
