About this app

We present a new version of mobile banking. See what it looks like now:

1. Desktop - a modern command center where you immediately see what is most important to you. Customize your quick shortcuts, choose your favorite product and we will display it first.

2. Do you need to check the details of your accounts, deposits, loans or credit cards? You have everything at hand in the Finance tab.

3. Do you want to order your payments quickly and conveniently? Use BLIK phone transfers, save regular recipients and transfers. You can add repetitive operations to quick shortcuts. More in the Payments tab.

4. Do you need to quickly convert funds at a favorable rate? You can do it free of charge, 24 hours a day at our currency exchange office. Activate mobile payments and pay conveniently with your phone as with a contactless card. Do you want to quickly and conveniently pay for tickets or parking in our application? You will find all this in the Services tab.

5. Do you need a loan or credit card? Do you want to open an account or deposit? Check our offer in the Offers tab. You can submit product or service requests here. You can check the list of submitted applications at any time.

Ratings and reviews

Does not let me do online purchases when I put in my valid epin. Support is not in English, which is odd given that they know a lot of users migrated over with Citi. I sent a query and still no response. I also dislike the UX of both the app and the website. Slow. Edit: The response to my review is also not helpful nor addresses my initial review. I can use the app in English but notifications are in Polish. I don't recommend.

This is a genuinely horrible app. Following the recent update, doing anything takes forever. I had to repeat my Blik payment because the first one timed out after showing me a spinner for a minute! I'm considering changing my bank, just because the quality of this app is so poor that it makes online payments near impossible. Not to mention all the ads and bloat added in recent years. While the bank itself is fine, if you plan to use their app often, I strongly advise against choosing them.

Nice application. The most annoying thing is after changing language to English, you get pop ups of the most important functionalities still in Polish. Hard to use without a translator app.
