This app makes it literallly impossible to close their account. Their chat interface doesn't want to guide you there (only clickable buttons instead of free text). and when you get to the free text and you request erasure nothing happens at first and it is a endless going on. i eventually found "the right path" and even then they open a ticket and let you wait for a team member. this i outrageous

This app is so slow I died while I waited. It is unbelievable how slow it is, everything is slow. Anywhere on its interface you want to go will need about 60 seconds of loading time.. . Oh and it's option to buy stock, it won't let you buy stock when it's cheap. It'll say the transaction is in progress but nothing will happen. . It'll let you buy it on the stock's ATH because probably they are selling it to you more expensive... It also will not let you sell stock on its ATH.... So. There you go

Great potential, but reliability is a dealbreaker Best COP/USD rate I've found. Zero fees to receive from Payoneer, send to Colombian banks, or use Bre-B. Digital card works with Google Pay/Apple Pay. Top APY. Great cashback missions. But the app went down for 12+ min one day, and Bre-B failed the next. Internal transfers to your card are also slower than ARQ or Plenti — no excuse when it's the same app. Fix the stability and this is a 5-star product.
