logged into my account from 2nd phone, my account got blocked for 24 hrs. why? they say it's a duplicate account. don't answer support for 4 hours. support are just terrible and useless. if you don't want people to login from a second phone give a warning and ask permission to proceed. support says I can only use original phone. but idk if that's accurate as they don't actually help, just regurgitate useless canned responses l.

I ordered a physical debit card on November 17th 2025 and paid around 50 dollars for international shipping to Meru. It is now January 6th 2026 and my card hasn't even been shipped yet. Whenever I contact customer support they just tell me to wait or they say they'll transfer me to someone else and then no one responds. I've been asking them to either ship the card or just refund me and I'm still without my money and without my card. Unacceptable. Please send me my card or just return my money!
