I noticed "International trans fees" with every purchase I made. (ranging from $9 to $12). We live in the United States, and did excursions within the USA. unclear as to why there's international fees... Other than that, the app is easy to use and reliable. Agree with a prior review of feeling "pressured to pay" with a countdown. That seems unnecessary.

it takes forever for the site to load everything, that I no longer use it. I have gone through a 3 week trip this year with not using get your guide, as opposed to the last few trips when it was nothing but the app. you are unable to log into the site, and it takes more than 5 minutes to actually see the activities you are trying to see when pressed. It's a shame..... viator and other sites are more responsive, quicker, and sometimes less expensive.

wouldn't let me complete my purchase. repeated error message with "sorry, something went wrong. please try again later." tried with multiple payment methods and no success. reached out to their support and they said "To ensure the safety of all transactions, we follow a specific security procedure when processing payments. In this instance, your payment did not pass this process." but why? never had any issues on any other platform. they are terrible
