GHA Project Time And Expense provides a remote solution to time and expense management within the Epicor ERP system. GHA Project Time And Expense enhances the existing workflow by providing the following features:

Create and manage your time and expense entries:
- Create and edit direct as well as indirect time and expense entries.
- Submit new and revised time and expense entries for approval.
- Capture photos and attach them to your expense entries.
- Manage and delete new and existing expense photos.
- View and filter your time and expense entries by status and type.
- Edit and delete pending and rejected time and expense entries.

Oversee and control your projects:
- View and call project managers and customer contacts.
- Attach new photos to your projects.
- Manage and delete new and existing project photos.
- Create direct time and expense entries, and submit them for approval.

What’s new

- Approval comments can now be viewed.
- Time and expense entries can be refreshed by swiping downwards.
- Future time and expense entries are now shown in the time entry list and expense entry list.
- Only time and expense entries from the past 14 days are now shown on the time entry list and expense entry list.
- Only time entries for the current employee are now shown in the time entry list.
- Added the project description to the project dropdown on the job home page.
