If your looking for a simple and effective POD solution for your Epicor deliveries, look no further. GHA has designed and developed one that integrates directly using the rest API’s. It is available for Epicor versions 10.2.400 onwards.

How does it work?

Once the delivery driver scans the delivery note, the app will record the date and time
of the delivery, location, name and signature (if safe to do so) of the recipient, and allow photos to be taken if required.

This information will then be stored against the Pack ID and a flag will be set to show the delivery is complete.

If no one is available to take delivery, the courier has the opportunity to either cancel the delivery or leave it. If they chose to leave it, they will be required to take a photo and enter a location description as proof of delivery.
