it just stopped working. I paid for multi country, worked in 1, failed on the other. tried contacting customer service, ended up with nothing. 12/4/25 update. finally got to talk to customer service. apparently the countries I chose, all of which are in Asia, are apparently not included in the Asia plan. I have update the review since the customer service, once connected, is great. the overall app needs improvement.

Tried to use it on a cruise. Extremely poor reliability at sea ..as a matter of fact, no signal at sea. Very difficult to install. couldn't tell if it was working or not. how do I scan a QR code sent to my phone when I'm setting it up on my phone. I even sent the QR code to another phone and I couldn't scan it: ridiculous! I don't know how YouTubers can sing it's praises for an option at sea.

Gigsky was easier to use than Flexiroam. The app worked pretty well and it was awesome to get a free esim with my Visa Infinite (and it lasts longer than the similar deal from Flexiroam). It's nice that Gigsky esims don't require turning on roaming -- even though Android has that as a different setting per sim, it always feels a bit scary. But no worries here.
