This was exactly what I was looking for to record my workouts. I was always a paper and pencil guy writing in my notebook for the gym but this has completely replaced that. It's easy to use. Got no ads. I'm able to look at my workouts from a calendar view and easily go into each workout to see what I did before. Can't believe it's free honestly.

I'm looking for a fitness diary that lets me create and track workouts across many types of exercises: cardio, strength, mobility, flexibility, etc. This one gets close, but although it let me create and "log" a Mobility workout, I couldn't see it on the calendar as a colored dot or recall it on the date I recorded it :( It, like many others I've explored, is ultimately very weight-lifting focused with a couple cardio variations built in as well.

Just started using this app after trying a handful of others. In the past i always ended up useing my phone notepad because of other apps limitations. This app surprised me at every turn with how customizable it is and how easy it is to create a workout. The only limitation I ran into was that I can't add the same exercise more than once in the same workout, but at different times. I like to do a treadmill session at beginning and again at the end, but it forces them to be grouped as one entry.
