Bluetooth Chat will help you to send short messages and images using Bluetooth technology. You can chat with your friends if you are in the Bluetooth range and don't have access to the Internet.

It will be helpful for students if there is no Wi-Fi in your school, for travelers to chat between tents in mountains, and in many others cases.

Very handy on airplanes. Pair with another phone (in Bluetooth settings), set your name and start chatting. Feels exactly like SMS. It even lets you send the app's APK via Bluetooth if the other person doesn't have it and you don't have Internet. The features it has work great -- it's the features it doesn't that keep this at 3 stars. There is no group chat at all, and you have to stop chatting with one person (and prevent them from messaging you) in order to start chatting with someone else.

This is the best Bluetooth chat app I have found. There are no ads or purchases and it was so easy to setup. I have tried multiple other apps like this and they all had some problem and some didn't even work at all. Plus it's open source? And you can easily share the APK with others even with no WiFi. Since most users will be using this only within the Bluetooth range anyway, it doesn't matter that you will need to reconnect every time you go out of range. I will definitely recommend this app!

Simple straightforward and no ads. Feels like it would need a file transfer option since some devices are not really compatible with each other in that term. Also feels like it would be nice to be able to send audio messages. and another idea. you can enable audio messages to autoplay on arrival from chosen contacts with a preselected audio volume and time scheduling for that option so no one would wake you up at night. Another idea would be sending a buzz signal to kinda call your contact.
