Ratings and reviews

When attempting to verify my new account, after entering the pin code sent, it asked for my phone number, which was rejected, stating the number belonged to another user. I've had that mobile number for 15+ years! What's the problem? I don't have time for such issues!

This app no longer has any documents and doesn't even acknowledge that I have an insurance policy. Glovebox is completely useless. It's ridiculous that the person (or bot) they have reply into these reviews keeps apologizing and and asking every to contact support. Why should we? We all have the same problem: Glovebox app is garbage and fails at its most basic purpose. Fix this app instead of blaming users.

The app has never opened for me. It takes forever to get past the verification page and when it finally does it stays on the white page, never moving anywhere else. I have never gotten to see my policies.
