Works great for me. All of my policies are listed and easily accessible. I did have a problem where I couldn't enter my phone number, I would get an error saying it was connected to another account. I emailed cs at 7 pm on a Friday night, figuring it would be seen on Monday. I got a response in about 5 minutes, and 2 more emails and 40 minutes, the problem was solved. That is the definition of good customer service.

Almost impossible to register for and sign in to. It asks for phone number but once the number is entered there is no submit or an other option to move the process forward. Nothing happens.

This application never works. Can't view documents, make payments, etc without being redirected... Annoying
