The one of worst thing in glovo, you can't reach to customer service except you have order, otherwise no one, they won't respond to you, It's probable that you receive an order, but when you arrive at the pickup location, the application reassigns a new order, and you don't receive any money. That's a waste of time and money. If you cancel an order in Glovo, it's like committing a crime. This happened to me after I accepted an order

Glovo kindly consider the condition, your new app update is trash it's just like GLOUBER, we don't see anymore what's your delivery price is, if there is a 2md delivery after the fast delivery we don't see the price of 2nd delivery until it's bundle, so I will no be picking up 2nd delivery after the 1st, not only me mostly will not be. Please kindly get a good developer to make you app good not do it from freelance website. Best regards.

The app shows to some deliveries there is no collection of cash needed and when you leave the place, you see your cash ballance increased. You can't call them or the customer anymore... the only way is to write them 10 complaints and they respond in 3 days... when you can't track your cash balance anymore. Just stay with the customer until you press delivered and fingers crossed you have signal in that time... this way they steal your money and is not fair at all this happens. Fkn squatters.
