Gluroo's industry-leading AI carb counting tool takes the guesswork out of logging meals. Just snap a pic and get an automatic estimate of the nutritional breakdown – carbs, calories, protein, sugar, and more!

Whether with a photo, a few simple taps of the intuitive UI, or text recognition (”dosed 5u” typed or voice-recognized), Gluroo gives you a fast way to log everything you need:

•  Food - a quick photo estimates carbs, calories, sugar, and more
•  CGM readings and manual finger pricks - just connect your Dexcom (G7, G6, G5) or Freestyle Libre sensor
•  Insulin doses - entered manually for MDI, imported from a smart pen, or automatically from an Omnipod 5 or other supported pump.
•  Exercise, including importing from Google Health Connect
•  Adding a new pump site, CGM sensor, or transmitter - just scan the QR code on the packaging to track their expiration dates and get reminders when you need to change them

NOTIFICATIONS: SMARTER, FEWER

Alerts and notifications invade our lives and can be distracting and overwhelming.

Gluroo uses a new method of coordinated smart notifications which makes sure the right set of people get alerted at the right times. Every alert is actionable. For example, if the person with diabetes (PWD) has low blood sugar, Gluroo will alert them first and give them a chance to address the low.

If they don’t address it within a few minutes, the alert will roll over to the rest of the GluCrew. This lets the PWD develop responsibility and confidence while always having someone else ready to back them up - and reducing alarm fatigue in the process!

SEARCH AND INSIGHTS

As you log meals, doses, exercise and more, you build up a valuable data source. Look back at how you handled a tricky sushi lunch or your favorite pizza joint in the past, expand an inline chart of your blood glucose readings during that period, and use that information to help you handle it better in the future.

Watch Compatibility

Gluroo is also available for Wear OS and provides a Tile and data Complications including a CGM Chart, BGL and Trend arrows and more. For WearOS 4 watches that support legacy watchfaces, a Gluroo Watchface is included. These features require the Gluroo phone app to be installed and configured.

Fantastic! So far it has exceeded all my expectations. very intuitive and easy for entering meals, carbs, etc... so much so that I feel like I can actually log every meal now. Many of the features such as IOB and COB, the bolus calculator, carbs calc are included AT NO EXTRA CHARGE, unlike another app I was reluctantly using. If all goes well, I will consolidate everything here. 2 things-trying to see health data and on watch would love ability to see weather and HR like on Blose watch face

So far it seems to work well, the app does not seem to update and send the glucose readings to the watch unless it is open on the phone though, uses a lot of battery. It could also use better set up instructions for connecting to a watch and still have not been able to figure out the android auto connection. Notifications are on, the watch doesn't update unless i go on the phone and open the app.

The latest update is dated Dec 18 2025, and now my Omnipod info no longer updates on the app nor watch. Prior, the information would automatically be pulled without me having to set up the components. Very important to me was the IOB at a quick glance from the watch which again was done automatically, albeit with a delay where I'd have to click the app so that a call was made and the values picked up. Edit: logging in and out of Gluroo restarted all of its functions
