The idea is great, the prices are reasonable and the car we used was of high standard and clean. We really enjoyed the availability and not having to go through the usual tedious car rental process. However the app is horrible. Offline access of the key should work in theory but in practice the app doesn't allow to do anything without a proper network connection. We went on a trip in the mountains and almost couldn't get back into the car. Please fix offline mode.

this app is truely not good. does not accept mobile phone number, does not send SMS for validation. not useable.

Out if the three times I have tried this service, it has failed to function twice. The first time worked perfectly. During the second time I was unable to get a key and could not rent the car. The company gave me a refund due to the technical glitch so I decided to try them again. After booking a car for the third time the app won't even load now (reinstalling did nothing). I couldn't cancel or rent the car. I won't be using this service again.
