the trip estimates are inaccurate, often taking over an hour longer than predicted. and For the second time, I’ve had a very bad experience. After I make a reservation, I get informed that the bus will be delayed by an hour, even though I need to arrive at a specific time and cannot be late. As a result, I either have to change my ticket to the day before or cancel my trip altogether, and in the end I lose money. Please note that delays are not my responsibility .This is a very poor service.

this app doesn't work. When you open it you onky see a picture of the bus. Thats all. You can't see a schedule or buy tickets.
