Worst App design I have ever seen, horrible text alignment, very slow and laggy payment page, it shows the arrival time not departure until you reach the booking page, wrong formats for inputs, I am surprised that for a well established company they publicly publish this. could have been done better by a FREE AI tool probably, that's how bad the application is.

they simply do not have a system my ticket was double booked and they actually think it's good enough for them to simply ask me to issue a complaint to get a refund on my ticket

The worst customer service , they don't give u bus details, driver details, they don't contact you, and if u just thought about talking to a customer service, good luck that's not gonna happen, the absolute worse, Idk why they even have the business, swyvl has its issues and other services but they're amazing compared to this one 💯 do not recommend , I wasted money on the ticket and you can't get your money back as well, because customers don't matter here!
