this app doesn't work. When you open it you onky see a picture of the bus. Thats all. You can't see a schedule or buy tickets.

The application stops working a lot.. You can't cancel / change a reserved ticket unless you go to store for no good reason!!! It doesn't show all available buses either because it forces you to choose office location or because it is getting closer to bus time (around 06 hours before the trip). It does not make your life easier as it supposedto do.

Unreliable and deceptive. I booked a round trip from the app, on two different dates, however the app had a dysfunction and booked my going trip and return ticket on the same date and the amount was deducted from my Card. Please do not trust their app AT ALL for your own sake. When i called the call center, they told me that the amount will be refunded in 15 days and if not, I should be following up with them. It's their problem and I'm paying for it.
