I am facing a horrible experience with Digit insurance. There are so many glitches in the app. My existing nominee details are missing in the renewed policy. My full name is not mentioned. My Car PUC is showing expired whereas it is very much active. I tried to refresh, infact reinstalled the app but still the same. I took screenshots and sent my grievance through mail several times, but no solution provided as yet.

2nd time same worst experience of this app, Wrong amount 2nd time while renewing policy. even if select/deselect addons amount not changing. also customer service not supportive. asked for the manual quote. still they are sharing quote as per their requirements instead of mine.

very very frustrated customer service. purchased a insurance and vehicle is on my company name to attend the kyc they took 1 week of time after following 5 times with their customer support. later on 7th day they rejected stating it's an corporate entity purchase hence we can't proceed with the policy. very very disgusting. this app is good for individual registration but not for company name registered vehicles. ffffffff
