Ratings and reviews

After the low ratings shared in my review finally the changes are done and I'm able to download the policy, thanks Digit team for responding positively. my earlier review re-edit (My request to update name change ia not yet catered. its been more than 10 days. The insurance policy copy is not getting downloaded from app, poor performance and response.)

not recommended on a call for nearly hour regarding car lockout issue, but no practical solution was provided. Instead, I was advised that they have only 1 option to break the car glass by there member and then to retrieve the keys and then again I should raise a claim for broken glass and then surprisingly I wouldn't get insurance for broken glass. This suggestion was neither reasonable nor cost-effective, as it would have caused significantly more damage and expense than the original issue.

Hi Team, I installed this app today and found that,whenever any click event happens it is taking so much time to perform an action and navigation.The back navigation in most of the pages is not working and why any data is taking so much time to load,where I have good amount internet speed.Its better to retest the application again and fix these bugs.
