This is a very poor insurance company with even worse customer service. They advertise a 5-star rating, but it feels self-given and misleading. Buying insurance is quick, but when it comes to claims, their response is extremely slow and unhelpful. It has been more than a week since I filed my claim and there is still no update or guidance. I booked as a first party insurance but they converted it to third party as my car meter reading is not clearly visible and now they are converting it to third party. the entire process is completely wrong you should book as third party insurance and based on video give an option to convert to english first party. it is frustrating to communicate multiple times to keep first party insurance as you provided earlier. now in cancelling the policy there are deductions, at least provide 100% refund.
