worst app. the functionality which one requires the most does not work. they show you a card saying you have an ongoing claim to check status, but when you click it nothing shows it just keep on loading. moreover half of their network hospitals are not searched in their application and then you have to contact customer care and then they say mail the documents. what is the point of this app if nothing works.

Hi Team, I installed this app today and found that,whenever any click event happens it is taking so much time to perform an action and navigation.The back navigation in most of the pages is not working and why any data is taking so much time to load,where I have good amount internet speed.Its better to retest the application again and fix these bugs.

I purchased a two-wheeler insurance policy three days before expiry, but on the policy start date, it is still not visible in GoDigit app and hasn’t been updated on the MParivahan app. Last year, I bought insurance from a different insurer and did not face any such issue. This experience has been quite disappointing.
