Very bad experience with Digit app. My motor vehicle insurance claim is still not approved even after multiple follow-ups. Their employees are extremely unprofessional, talk rudely, and often do not respond to calls. Instead of helping customers, they behave arrogantly and irresponsibly. I am highly disappointed with their claim service. I would not recommend Digit insurance to anyone.

Paid for my bike insurance but the policy didn’t get issued even after days. App keeps asking for the same uploads again and again. Support just says sorry and nothing else Claim process is horrible — no response after multiple follow-ups and emails. Surveyor never came and customer support was rude. Would not recommend.“App shows policy bought, but documents not visible. They took money, then canceled without refund. Completely unprofessional.

Very bad experience. I renewed my bike policy and paid successfully. Then they asked me to upload photos twice for pre-inspection. After all that, they issued the policy with the wrong bike model. When I complained, instead of correcting their mistake, they sent me a payment link to pay extra. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time
