worst app experience, can't even check my policy, or download my policy, everyone time it shows server Error...just disgusting...I will cancel all the policy, and guy you also cancel your all policy from here, this is really frustrating when you come to check and there is showing error every single time. and #godigit get some well paid employees to develop the app, and do some servey with the customer for their experience..

My experience with Digit Insurance has been incredibly frustrating and utterly incompetent customer support. the real nightmare started when I needed help with policy details which they are not able to find in their system even after sending the policy documents. Despite countless calls and emails over the last month, my queries remain completely unresolved.

customer care is horrible. instead of registering my complaint they disconnect the call. talked extremely rudely. they are not here to help. very poor experience. dont buy any insurance unless you want to be harassed. Update: My annual insurance expired just a month back and they didn't even bother to call me to get it renewed before expiry and are now telling me to buy a new one. The customer executive disconnected the call abruptly without any explanation.
